Today is the birthday of Johnny Atterbury of Reigndear & it is also the first day of Reigndear.com being back online after a week of downtime. All of us at Reigndear would like to wish Johnny & Reigndear.com a wonderful day and all the best for the coming year!
Kent & Wesley are now in Cape Town looking for spots to play and getting things in order for their future trip to NYC, being planned for early 2010. No dates have as yet been set, but more news is to follow.

OUR HALF CENTURY

We are proud to announce that ReignDear have accumulatively mailed off the first 50 records!!! Thanks to those who donated toward the cause and to those so wonderful who received. We’d like also to send out a special thanks for all the Thanks we have been receiving and are so glad to hear what everyone thinks.
We are planning a limited edition NoteBook release of only 10 pieces, which will be on sale soon. This NoteBook release will help in aiding our campaign to release the first black T-Shirt, that we will be working closely with Brett Gendall on.
In the studio we are busy with deciding what we want out of the songs, and pre-rehearsal sessions are in full effect. We have decided to go with a majority of new material including a number of songs Wes and I have been waiting a while to record. Some of the tracks slotted for recording are If Man, Wee Embers, Royalties, Fluitfly(and then they go to work), SlieghBells, the Present, Pink Elephants, 2nd of the Fourteenth and a track co-written by a possible fourth member of the band Warren Heuer, who we wrote At Bay, At Sea together with. Look forward to putting up a few demo takes in the near future. The official track list will be posted soon.
December will see the return of Johnny! when he will be back home for a while taking leave from musical studies in England. We will be working with him on a few tracks and arrangements, It will be wonderful to have him back!
